IEEE WIE北京国际女工程师领导力峰会（ IEEE WIE BLS 2022）将于2022年9月23-24日在北京举办，大会由IEEE WIE北京分会，IEEE中国代表处、北京女科技工作者协会主办，IEEE中国联合会、IEEE PCCC女工程师委员会、CSIG女科技工作者委员会、CCF女计算机工作者委员会联合协办。
本届峰会以“多样、包容、打破边界”为主题，旨在挖掘女性成为领导的行为技巧和内在潜质，打破因性别偏见、缺乏支持、自我认知和自身壁垒等因素的制约，推动女性领导力的发展，增强女性自信心，组织构建有力的联盟和合作关系，助力于女性领导力量的崛起。
此次大会共设有9场主旨报告，6大特色论坛，涵盖了科技创新、元宇芯片设计、电力系统、人工智能、遥感等多领域，汇聚了国内外的专家学者、年轻领袖以及各行各业的精英代表，共同探讨新时代下不同领域中的发展潮流，为大家带来一场精彩的视觉盛宴。

刘念宁女士于2013年加入，现为全球副总裁，负责中国区市场营销的工作，涵盖企业级应用、人工智能、自动驾驶、物联网、云计算、大数据等最前沿的领域。加入之前，刘念宁女士曾在EMC、思科、IBM等科技企业任职，涉足领域包括市场营销、企业社会责任、政府关系、高校合作以及多元文化。至今在信息产业历练近三十年，服务过从硬件、系统、软件、网络、芯片乃至人工智能的跨国企业，自2001年起长住北京，服务中国ICT市场超过二十年。刘念宁女士1987年获得台湾大学地质学学士学位；1990年获得该校商学院工商管理硕士（MBA）学位，主要研究市场营销战略和企业国际化领域。

栾青博士，现任商汤科技数字文娱事业部总经理。加入商汤以来，负责数字文娱事业部。带领团队专注于增强现实感技术的产品化和商业化2017女性领导力论坛，从0到1打造商汤增强现实感绘制引擎，为世界范围内视频及互联网娱乐公司提供领先的AR技术，并占据了娱乐AR市场的领军地位，与和的AR技术相抗衡。在其带领下，为超过200家视频应用程序和手机厂商提供AR技术服务，包括.ly、微博、BIGO LIVE、OPPO、vivo等。加入商汤之前曾供职于美国微软总部必应团队6年，先后担任研发和产品经理工作。栾青拥有中国科学技术大学计算机视觉博士学位。她的博士生生涯大多在微软亚洲研究院度过，主要研究方向为计算机视觉和图像艺术化。
